Winners will be expected to participate in a photo or video shoot and be featured on the State of Nevada's Off-Highway Vehicles Program Off-Road Smart Page.
Participants must own a registered off-highway vehicle and sign a liability release waiver. Any images or videos submitted may be used in advertising.
